Within seven business days of receiving your request, a member of our staff will respond with a determination. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method in 15 business days. Please be advised that processing times may vary based on the source of your payment.

Non-refundable Cases

Certain services may not be eligible for reimbursement. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Initial and setup consultation fees.
  • Services finished prior to the request for a refund.
  • Services rendered in compliance with the agreed-upon level and scope.
